PO Match Beta Privacy Notice

Usefulware Labs operates PO Match. Contact: hello@usefulwarelabs.com.

Data we use

With your Shopify authorization, we read your native purchase orders, associated inventory transfers and shipment receipt quantities. We store the supplier invoice fields and attachments you provide, your line confirmations, comparison snapshots, cases and audit events. Shopify app sessions are stored encrypted. We do not request customer sales orders, change Shopify inventory or control payments.

We use the Shopify staff identifier, display name and current permission context to attribute actions. Encrypted session metadata can include the account profile returned by Shopify. We do not use it for marketing.

Purpose and access

Data is used to compare supplier invoices with purchase and accepted receipt evidence and support your review workflow. Access is scoped to the authenticated shop. Uploaded originals are private and downloaded through authenticated app routes.

Service providers

Shopify provides authentication and source APIs. The hosted deployment uses dedicated PostgreSQL and private object storage configured for PO Match; the deployment’s region and provider configuration are disclosed before onboarding real merchant data. No invoice originals or business payloads are sent to an AI model or analytics service.

Retention and deletion

Active shop data supports your audit history. Inactive-shop retention is configurable, defaulting to 30 days. You can export your data and request deletion in Settings or by contacting support. Shopify shop redaction requests remove stored shop business data, attachments and sessions. Valid deletion requests take priority over configured retention.

Beta status

This beta uses manual invoice confirmation and provides review information. It does not guarantee that every discrepancy will be detected. We update this notice when material data practices change.
