PO Match Beta Terms

PO Match is an early-access invoice review tool operated by Usefulware Labs. Support: hello@usefulwarelabs.com.

Your review remains required

You are responsible for confirming invoice data, purchase-line mapping, tax/cost basis, delivery timing and supplier terms. Comparison amounts describe potential exposure, not verified losses, recovered savings or instructions to pay. PO Match does not execute payments or send supplier messages.

Supported scope

Each comparison relates one purchase order to one invoice with cumulative accepted receipts. Currency differences, ambiguous receipt mappings, missing costs and multiple invoices require review. PDF originals are attachments; this beta does not promise OCR. Credit notes, foreign exchange and returns are not automatically netted.

Beta access

The beta is free with no paid subscription or automatic renewal. Features and availability may change. Do not rely on it as your sole financial control. Export records you need for your own bookkeeping and retention obligations.

Your data and feedback

Only upload information you are authorized to provide. You retain ownership of your business records. We use them to provide the service described in the privacy notice. Feedback helps us improve the product; it does not authorize us to publish your name, results or business records.

Ending use

You can uninstall in Shopify and request data deletion. Applicable statutory rights are unaffected by these beta terms. Contact support for data export, deletion or service problems.
